Welcome website visitors and collage creators! We are Collage.com, Inc., located in Brighton, Michigan USA. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect at www.collage.com (the “Site”) and how we use it.

Accepting this Policy

By visiting and using the Site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information as described within this Privacy Policy.

Information that is Not-Personally Identifiable

We collect information that is not personally identifiable (meaning, anonymous information) regarding use of the Site, including the following information:

  • Your Internet Protocol address
  • Last URL visited
  • Date and time of day of your login

  • Email you or to otherwise contact you electronically about activities relating to the Site and our business, including advertising and promotion; You can opt out of receiving future emails and electronic communications;
  • Disclose PI as required by law and/or in response to service of legal process, such as a court order, summons, subpoena, and the like;
  • Use PI to investigate and verify proper conduct at the Site, and to monitor the security and integrity of the Site;
  • Share PI with trusted partners who have signed agreements with Collage.com and agree to treat PI with at least the degree of care set forth in this Privacy Policy (see also “Information Shared with Third Parties” below;
  • Provide the tools and features of the Site;
  • Fulfill your requests for print collage orders and customer service assistance.
We will NOT use PI for the following purposes:
  • We do not sell your PI to third parties.
  • We do not share your personal photos or collage designs with any third parties unless you place an order for a printed collage product or we have otherwise have your explicit permission.

Accessing or changing the PI that we have collected

Once you have registered with us by accepting the Terms of Use, you can access your account page, review the information that is stored, and revise or delete that information. You will need to email us a written request to delete your entire account.

Cookies

We send a “cookie” or “pixel tag” to your computer which contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. You may decline to provide such information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result, and some services may not be available.

We may provide cookie information to third parties for use in site administration and marketing activities. Third parties also may utilize cookies on our site for marketing and site administration activities.

Information Shared with Third Parties

Collage.com partners with third-party companies for fulfilling collage print orders placed on the Site. Certain PI will be shared with these trusted third-parties in order to facilitate billing, printing and shipping of your collage print order (e.g., your photos uploaded to the site, your name, your credit card number, and your mailing address).

Children

Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian set up an account with Collage.com and agree to Collage.com's Terms of Use. Collage.com does not target or market to children under the age of thirteen (13) years and will not knowingly collect PI from children. If we become aware that an account holder is under age thirteen (13), we will remove their personally identifiable information from our files.

Third-Party Websites

We may provide links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or information collection practices of those sites, including their privacy policies. Please review the privacy policies of such sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we make any changes to this policy, we will notify you by email if you have provided us with your email address and post a notice of such changes on the Site If you do not accept the modifications to the Privacy Policy, your sole remedy is to terminate your Account by emailing contact@collage.com and not using the Site in the future.
