We want everything you make at Collage.com to turn out just right. If it doesn't, we'll send a replacement product at our expense, or give you your money back. Returns are always free.
We accept returns or exchanges within two years of a product's purchase.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned product (if needed), or 7 days after your initial request (if a return isn't needed). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or via a paper check, at Collage.com's discretion. It may take up to 7-10 business days after our Customer Satisfaction Team issues a refund for it to appear in your account.
