Collage.com is a site that allows you to create high-quality photo collages. You can automatically arrange your photos into a shape or place them manually with our click-and-drag editing interface. Order your collage printed on a poster, canvas, or one of many other products (and share for free online!)

Ordering Printed Products

How is my order packaged?

Collage.com carefully packages all products so that they arrive in perfect condition. We ship posters in a secure tube and all other printed products in a well-packed box.

How can I check the status of my order?

We send you a confirmation email when you place your order and another email when it ships. You can also check the status of your order your account page, while logged in.

Can I change my order once I've submitted it?

We print and ship all orders as quickly as possible to get you your order quickly. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they've been submitted.

Where will you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada with standard shipping. We also have international shipping worldwide. Please note that we cannot currently ship collage canvases to Canada but hope to have this option available by May 1. Please email carrie@collage.com if you wish to be notified when we can ship collage canvases to Canada.

Is expedited international shipping available?

3-5 day expedited international shipping starts at $39.95 and availability is limited to certain products and countries. Please e-mail support@collage.com for more information.

What billing options are available?

Collage.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Framed Prints

Can I take the frame apart to have the mat signed?

No, the back on the frame is permanently affixed. In this case, we'd suggest you order a canvas for signing, or order a poster and choose a mat and frame locally.

How much is shipping?

Framed prints ship for $15.98 each.

How long does it take to get a framed print?

Processing and framing takes 3 business days. After that, regular shipping times apply.

Shapes

Can I request a custom shape?

Collage.com can make most requested custom shapes. If the shape is able to be produced, we can complete it within 1 week for $30.00.

What browsers does Collage.com support?

Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and recent versions of Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Privacy/Security

What is the Collage.com privacy policy?

Collage.com will use your e-mail address, phone number, and street address only for direct communications from Collage.com. We will not display your e-mail address, phone number, or street address on any public page or make it available to any third party.

Will I retain copyright for photos that I upload to Collage.com?

Yes, you will retain copyright to any images that you upload to Collage.com. Collage.com will not display your photos to anyone else unless you have explicitly shared your collage. Collage.com also will not upload or transfer your photographs to other websites.

Account Management

How do I create a new account?

Go to the sign-up page and select create an account.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the password recovery page using the link on the Log In page, or open it here. Type in your email address, and enter the two words in the reCAPTCHA box. We will e-mail you a link to change your password.

How do I delete my account?

Please e-mail support@collage.com with this request.

Photo Uploading

What file types are supported?

Collage.com supports .JPG, .GIF (not animated), and .PNG images. If you have .BMP files please read how to convert .BMP to .JPG or if you have files of another type please reference this image conversion article.

What is the maximum image size?

The maximum image width and height is 8000 pixels. The maximum size of an image file is 10 Megabytes.

Is there a maximum number of photos I can upload?

No - the more images that you upload and include in your collage, the smaller they will be. When selecting your product and size, we show you a recommended range of photos.

Gift Codes and Certificates

How can I order a gift certificate?

Visit the Gift Card Page and place your order.

Will Collage.com donate a gift certificate to my charity event?

We love to support charities and generally the answer is yes. Please e-mail support@collage.com with the details of your event for review.

My gift code expired - can I still use it?

We sometimes are able to extend the deadline on gift costs. Please try the expired code on our shopping cart page. If the code does not work, please e-mail the code to support@collage.com for help.
