What products can I buy with my Groupon?
You may apply the value of your Groupon towards any product on Collage.com. More detailed product information is available here.
How many photos can I use?
There is no hard upper or lower limit on the number of photos, but we recommend the following numbers of photos so that none of the photos are too big or too small (for the selection of products listed below):
- 16x20 Canvas - 1-40 photos
- 50x60 Fleece Blanket - 1-100 photos
- Phone Cases - 1-12 photos
Can I use multiple Groupons in one order?
You may purchase as many Groupons as you like, but each one must be used in a separate order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For Groupon orders, production time is two weeks, plus one week for shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for a fee.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge 6% sales tax only in Michigan. This tax is not covered by the price of the Groupon.
What if I want a shape that is not available yet?
We have a design team that regularly adds new shapes to our website. If you request shape, then we will add it to our to-do list. Expedited shape creation is available for a fee.
