What sizes and products can I get with the gift card?
You can use your gift card on any product at Collage.com, except another gift card.
Can I use my gift card towards shipping?
Yes, gift card value appplies towards shipping.
How many photos can I use?
There is no hard upper or lower limit on the number of photos, but we recommend the following numbers of photos so that none of the photos are too big or too small (for the selection of products listed below):
- 16x20 Canvas - 8-40 photos
- 20x24 Canvas - 12-60 photos
- 50x60 Blanket - 10-100 photos
- 20x30 Poster - 15-300 photos
- 24x36 Poster - 20-500 photos
Can I combine gift cards together or with other offers?
Gift cards purchased at full price can be combined with any offer.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, gift cards have no cash value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canvas and blanket production time is one to two weeks, plus one week for shipping. Poster production and shipping time is 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for a fee.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge 6% sales tax only in Michigan. Any remaining value on the gift card will be applied towards sales tax.
What if I want a shape that is not available yet?
We have a design team that regularly adds new shapes to our website. If you request shape, then we will add it to our to-do list. Expedited shape creation is available for a fee.
